very late flight from Toulouse to Gatwick, aborted landing at Gatwick as main runway being closed for repairs (our scheduled 22.30 flight was now trying to land at 2am). Told we were flying around waiting for runway to open, next thing we land at Stansted, promises of coaches etc for onward travel back to Gatwick, then as soon as we are in the arrivals hall are told to make our own way back. 3am in the morning!! Felt so sorry for all the families with young children!!
