Spirit Airlines review by Pedro 2014-01-11

After reading several reviews of the airline, I decided to see for myself. I booked a flight from San Juan,PR to Orlando,FL for the Christmas holiday, and Spirit was the cheapest airline out there, or so I thought. When I did the check-in online, I spent $210 in baggage including my family, with that money I could have bought another ticket. Our return flight was delayed two hours because of "traffic". They changed the gate three times without saying anything to the passengers. My family, along with the rest of the passengers, changed gates thanks to my son that checked the flight board. The seats are so uncomfortable, you can't even reach your bag underneath the front seat. Horrible experience.
