Unfortunately thai airways has to be rated as the worst airlines. Reason for this is based the following: 1) You are allowed to make a booking online but can't modify/ cancel or reschedule. You are virtually trapped. Out of frustration you start calling the local office where individual variation exists. In my case I had a flight departing from Kolkata to Melbourne and requested Thai international centre to help me out where they declined & Suggested me contacting the local office. The local office don't pick the phone given the local tardy way of work ethics. If it's a Saturday or Sunday, you are stuck. How can you expect to rate Thai as the best airways ?You book a business class with them and the service they offer is appalling.
