Very ridiculous service of Air Asia flight and its staff is also pathetic. Firstly they don't issue the tickets even after your money has been deducted from the account. They make you wait till the day of the flight and then tell you to book another ticket. Second if you are late even for 2 mins for boarding they refuse to give boarding pass and tell you to go back home even after requesting and begging in front of them. The same tickets they sell for higher price to another customer. It is a distressing experience and will not recommend this flight to anyone. EDITORS COMMENT: the tickets issued are e tickets and you print them yourselves. they will be emailed to you.
