Delta Air Lines review by Irina 2016-08-23

I traveled from Moscow to Chicago, via New York City on Sunday, August 21. Our connecting flight in NYC was cancelled due to expected storms (there was no storm, just light rain), and there was no effort to get us home the same night. The customer service was the worst: Delta did not offer to help with the overnight hotel or food vouchers; "blame the weather," they told me & my minor daughter who was going to miss her first day of school. The next flight they offered us was completely unacceptable: 2 connections, flying from 7 am until 5 pm, via Pittsburgh & Minneapolis.
