I had my worst flying experience with this flight. They forced us to pay over 1000 euros right before our flight, which was way more than our ticket price. Well, the low cost of this flight naturally attracts you when you are booking your ticket, but you should know that they charge you more than double that price at the airport. At the check-in desk, they told us that we should have done online check-in 3 minutes ago at the latest, and now we have to pay 55 euros per person. They never sent an email about this charge! When passing the final gate, they said that there was a problem with one of our check-in luggage and we can not get into the plane! When I tried to convince them that they have to wait for us to solve the problem, their staff rudely shouted at me! So we missed the flight, we paid 100 euros per person to book their next day flight. And we do not still know what the problem was! They respond to my complaint letter, and nobody takes responsibility. I will never fly with them again.
