My first experience with this airline left a lasting impression that was not good and I dreaded the return flight.
My flight was delayed for over four hours both ways. No apologies or explanations. The unsanitary condition of the aircraft was astonishing. I was afraid to even accept what they were serving passengers because I was not sure of the conditions that it was prepared under.
The air condition unit was dripping cold water on me whilst I was trying to fall asleep. Roaches were scuttling at my feet. This was a ghetto aircraft.
AVOID USING AT ALL COST!!!!!!

This is the worst airline I have ever travel with. If the ratings was from zero to ten…I would of given Laser zero!
For example, my flight was scheduled to leave Porlamar Airport at 11:00 am on Sunday August 2, 2015. Got to the airport at 9:00 am; the flight left around 3:00 pm. Only the pilot said sorry when we prepared to take off! Imagine…the flight was even delayed for 15 minutes while the air hostess and other Laser employees inquired about two missing passengers! All this after the flight was four hours late!
Laser don’t have any care in the world for passengers and their time. The airline employees should be bilingual (Counter and Air Hostess).
I will not even express my feelings about the service from Piarco to Porlamar…Laser is totally ridiculous!

Maintenance of aircrafts is very poor.
Staff service onboard is very lousy. But, staff service on the counter is excellent.
Airplanes are ALWAYS late!!!!!
But, this is the best aircraft carrier to travel in Venezuela!!
