    Would you trust an airline that cant
    count ? Told us the overhead lockers were full and forced us to put luggage in hold then arrived on board to find empty lockers. Absolutely no sympathy or help from staff. This level of incompetence is unacceptable .

    My flight got cancelled and after claiming a refund again and again, they refused to provide any refund !!!!

    After a 2 hours delayed flight last week, Easyjet finally decided to take us to the gate pretending there was actually a flight ready for us. Then they told us the flight was cancelled and they would try to provide a replacement for the next day, which never happened….. They also sent us emails and text messages apologizing and assuring us that they would refund the flight ticket and our expenses. So after booking myself a bus to go from London to Marseille I logged in onto their website and applied for the ticket refund and applied for the expenses refunds. And so they emailed me back explaining that the event was out of their control due to storms and so they could not reimburse me.

    My plane was diverted from Basel to Zurich. This was not the fault of easyJet. Nor would I give them a bad review for that kind of problem. It is how they handled us post problem that was not acceptable and I would describe as horrible… and possibly negligent. I was left stranded in Zurich near midnight (not familiar at all with Zurich) and told to figure out how I would get to my destination on my own…

    just just “go catch a train” is what I was told and that is all they would say or do…

    I am still struggling to understand how they can drop you off in a different place and do nothing to help you get to your intended destination. Warning to all… if your flight has issues you can end up stranded… luckily, I was in a fairly safe location.

    This was the worst airline I have ever flown on.
    I used it for a return trip Belfast – Stansted.
    Flight 1 – Belfast. After liftoff the cabin staff sat in their seats behind me. The staff started chatting and this was uninteresting until they 2 female staff started talking about what they each did the night before.
    Apparently, one had gone out somewhere to pick up a guy and they went to somewhere and proceeded to play “doctor” and ‘hid the thermometer’.
    I found this to be totally inappropriate, unprofessional and was not very good manners.
    Flight 2 – Stansted. We (my travel party) arrived early at the EasyJet desk and waited with the rest of the passengers. Departure time was at 19.55 but at that time not one staff member showed.
    Eventually a male staff member did show up, he seemed to be in a rush (I wonder why).
    All of this left myself with very bad feelings about this airline.
    I have searched the airline’s site for a section about where to make complaints and found the FAQ section but dealing with this is another story.
    I travel frequently but this is my last flight with this airline.

    I have one glaring problem with their service – the luggage allowance. I know they have a silly one bag only policy, so I accommodated on my eurotrip. Flew with them three times and on the last leg was forced to spend an extra 60 euros after one look at my bag. Never flying with these jokers again.
