    Took 3 short internal European flights with EasyJet in past month, 2 of the 3 were late (3 hour delay, 1 hour delay, and 1 on-time).

    3 hour delay: Told us at check-in that the flight was going to at least 2 hours late, but no text or email to notify us of this before we got to the airport. Later they blamed the weather, but I checked and the relevant airport had perfect weather for the past 24 hours.

    The 1 hour delay was ridiculous – they had passengers line up to board, and then announced that, whoops, the plane did not actually have a crew! Everyone sat down and then repeated the whole farce later. Again, EasyJet’s fault.

    The “we apologise for the inconvenience” announcements are so insincere they must say it almost every day.

    Cabin crew were also unimpressive – the toilets onboard were either broken or filthy and in desperate need of a clean – but the crew spent most of their time chatting to each other or playing games on phones.

    If you do fly EasyJet, prefer an early morning flight, so there’s less likely to be knock-on delays.

    Overall very poor & disrespectful treatment of customers.

    Really bad costumer support. Always trying to get more money from costumers by making it hard on them to board with the hand luggage even if they comply with the size hand luggage regulation and been using the same hand luggage with the company for years.

    Arrogant, discriminative and unprofessional staff!
    I wish there was a zero-star rating.

    they have denied us boarding for giving feedback about the unnecessarily lengthy process. They took it personally and abused their authority by denying us boarding … till the moment, 2 weeks later, they still can’t provide a reason for what they have done!

    They had no consideration for a family with kids and for us missing work on the next day! they insulted us, shushed us and even threatened to call the police!

    We had all the right luggage and documents and we were there before the gate even opened.

    They made us wait until the next morning for the next available flight and refused to book accommodation for us.

    Worst flight experience ever!

    Would you trust an airline that cant
    count ? Told us the overhead lockers were full and forced us to put luggage in hold then arrived on board to find empty lockers. Absolutely no sympathy or help from staff. This level of incompetence is unacceptable .
