    I fly with easyJet most of the time, since they often are the only one with direct flights to my favorite destinations. When booked a few months in advance, they are incredibly cheap, but get quite pricy as time goes buy. Service on board is bare to the bone, but staff are helpful and nice. They have relatively new planes, comfort good enough for short flights. The only drawback is that they often have the worst gates in airports, and you usually have to walk all the way though the airport to get there. But in my opinion, fares are worth the walk.

    Just What You Expect From. A Budget Airline. Not The Best Seats, Have To Pay For Chekcef Baggage, Reasonably Priced Food And Drink And Friendly And Efficient Staff. Overall Would Fly Again.

    The ground crew were friendly and efficiently handled the new document requirements for travelling to Italy during the Covid-19 pandemic, including the new EU Digital Covid Certificate. Just a pity that they couldn’t have given better/clearer instructions about the need for “surgical quality” masks before we got to the gate – instead of having to buy a five-pack for five Euros at the gate.

    Otherwise, from boarding to deplaning, everything was “Covid Clean”. Our 1 hour 40-minute flight from Venice to Paris was on a shiny new A320. The legroom was pretty good compared to other budget carriers and the crew was helpful.

    The bottom line: EasyJet a superior budget airline

    Easyjet gave me problems.

    I have a flight from Seville to Gatwick on 7th of March which I want to change it and it is supposed I would have to pay the change difference. It doesn’t happen. I tried to managed the booking for 23rd of April, same destination, and there is no fee difference, deduction. I have to pay the whole flight, all the price. I tried to call to customer service but they cannot do nothing. Even, there is more expensive. I asked if there is a possibility to speak with IT as it could be a mistake from the website but they said no.

    Conclusion. Easyjet is not flexible and I felt like I was theft as I have to pay a whole new flight when they specified only the difference fare to be pay.

    VERY VERY RUDE SCAMMING COMPANY. The customer service with easyJet is despicable. They are so rude and make it to where you cannot get your money back. I requested a refund because my flight was delayed and was informed that because it was not delayed 5 hours or more that I am not entitled to a refund. My flight was only delayed 4 HOURS 55 MINUTES. They don’t care if there’s a pandemic going on, if this disrupts my other flights and I would have to pay more to change them around or anything. And not once did someone say I apologize for the inconvenience or anything. All I got was major attitude and rudeness. I will never use them for anything and feel bad for anyone that has to deal with their very unprofessional demeaner. If I could give them negative stars I would.
