My first experience was horrible. My flight was from JTR to ATH and ATH to Tirana. We were supposed to be leaving at 845am. But we only manage to board the plane at 9+am. I don’t mind waiting but i was not notified about the delay. No signs at the display screen as well. When i approach your officer, she said ‘i will inform u whn we’re boarding”. After few mins, 2 of ur officers was sying something in some other lnguage which i obviously dont understd. I wld appreciate it if ur officers can convey any msgs in eng so tht people like me getwhat instruction meant to be

Aegean Airlines still serves warm meals on short haul flights unlike most other airlines, which propably dont even serve drinks, sometimes for the same flight price.
After canceling a flight due to bad weather, Aegean gave me a free luxury hotel stay and a replacement flight the next day, which they were not obliged to and most airlines would not have done either

Aegean air charged our family 720 euros for our standard sized baggages. Yes 720 euros at check in counter. We booked the ticket through flight centre and it was printed that the baggage was included. Our family of 9 people were travelling together with 7 standard sized baggages, which was carried by all other airlines without charge.

Aegean air did not explain why had to pay 720 euros. We were simply refused check in unless we pay up. Beware of Aegean air as they rip you off for baggages at check in counter. Do not choose Aegean Airlines if you are a foreigner booking through travel agent.
