Sunwing flight to CUBA via Marlin Travel in Spruce Grove, I have gone one several trips to all points in the world, this trip with SUNWING and MARLIN TRAVEL was the worst of the bunch, from sewer backup to very poor service the trip is not worth going, poor poor management, flight was the worst, baby was carry on, not paid, cried all the way and the next row over 2 people had a sickness, flights delayed both ways, representatives on plane very bad, parents of baby changed diaper in there lap and put diaper bag under seat in elite seating, flight attendants did nothing. Baby cried all the way back from Cuba to Alberta. SUNWING Crew put there bags into the overhead elite seating storage over our seats that we paid for shows you how they feel about you. Reported the trip to SUNWING and Marlin Travel and I was offered money off for next trip and sent me the terms to weasl out of it. SUNWING did nothing in other words.
