    Not a good experience. Arrived at Chicago Ohare to check in. The kiosks do not allow you to check your bags yourself so we went to the desk. The guy was rude. Didnt realize it beforehand or i would NOT have flown Spirit but you have to pay for all bags except personal item size. Cost us $155 one way to get our 3 bags there same flight back on United spent $25 on bags. Waited at the gate until the flight was supposed to be leaving, no announcements had been made about delays and no one was working the desk. One of the passengers got on the PA and made an announcement that we were all ready to go and the someone from Spirit should come to the desk. Flight was 40mins late in leaving. Overall not impressed and very irritated by the price gouging on bag fees.

    EDITORS COMMENT: All these extra charges are clearly stated during the booking process and it is wise to add up all the costs before actually paying as you may find a cheaper and more comfortable option.
