Don’t Believe the 3 star rating on this site. Stay away from this airline if possible. Spirit airlines was just named the worst airline in the industry. Look up the 10 worst airlines on Google and you’ll see Spirit number 1. They nickel and dime you to death with fees worst than any other airline. There planes are like cattle cars where they jam as many seats in as possible. Most of their flight attendant’s are not user friendly. You cant even get a cup of water to take a pill unless you buy bottled water for $3.00. There website is tricky; if your not careful you end up with more fees. If you call on a land line you pay for the privilege of being on hold to get information. Everything about this airline is a fee and they are the worst in the industry. Better you stay with a real airline and pay a few dollars more. This airline Sucks!!
EDITORS COMMENT: Yep there’s heaps of fees but its also why the airfare was the cheapest to start off with. With any low cost carrier it’s worth checking the final cost before you pay and compare your options with other carriers as sometimes it doesn’t end up being that cheap if you need more than just the seat.
