    My family travelled with Spirit last Nov and Dec 2013. From Dallas to Ft Lauderdale and return. They charge extremely high fees for baggage. The service is very poor. You have to pay for everything on board, including your seat and there is no entertainment. The seats are extremely uncomfortable and the staff are unhappy. There is no such thing as Customer Service, either by phone, in person or by email. Their website doesn’t work properly. We tried to book one piece of luggage and the website charged us for two. We tried to get a refund but no one was interested. Even their ground staff didn’t care. We still have not recieved any Customer Service. Never again. Take my advice and look elsewhere, Spirit are rubbish!
