    We flew Manila-Muscat-Paris.

Best thing is the business class seat on the A330 (787 was ok). A great lie flat seat and very private. Crew were mainly Philippino on both sectors and were lovely although no idea what the supervisors did as both of them sat in their jump seats for majority of the flight & didn’t partake in the service. The female supervisor at least introduced herself initially, the male supervisor didn’t say one thing to anyone at any stage of the flight. Sad to say, this seemed to be common place for the Arabic male crew in business.

Lounge facilities in Manila were very basic but fine for an hour.

While talking about Muscat……what an AWFUL airport. Dirty, disorganised, rude and unhelpful. There’s no facility for business class customers, no priority boarding etc. All flights are at stand off, meaning no aerobridges so it means a bus ride to the aircraft.

Overall the product, ie the seat was great, particularly on the A330. 787 needs to match the A330.

Philippino crew & g/staff were very nice. Arabic crew need to improve on their enthusiasm.

Business class fares were cheap. Would consider flying them again if we can get a similar deal
