    So upset service very poor. Allowed checkin online Perth to kl then Singapore on return flight website kept throwing us out and even thou our seats showed as chosen it wouldn’t check out stating go to counter. When I approached counter service staff at Singapore airport had no idea they told us you can’t do web checkin you just have to wait. Yet shows half the plane is checked in.
    Wouldn’t recommend to anyone as if something isn’t right staff do not want to help and phone helpline has over 30 min wait.
