This was the first time I was flying By Malindo Air, It was such a bad experience.
I had left my Hard disk in Front Pocket of my seat and left the flight.
I came to Know in Just 2 hours but after lodging the Complaint no Quick Action was taken And irrelevant replies were received from them.
After leaving the Flight the Staff might have a Check of the Entire flight in which my Hard Disk should be found and kept safe, but it is 5 days mow it is still missing.
I really dont understand How can Some one usually From a Flight can do this, And No actions are taken from the Flight Loast and Found team.
Merely calling 4 times a day but no results.
A Real Bad experience with them.
Hope it should be my Last Flight.
