    Perth-Kuching via KL return. All 4 flights delayed 50% weather, 50%??. Malindo were still letting late passengers board 15mins after we were due to take off! Got into KL 25mins early but sat on the tarmac for those 25mins waiting for KLIA2. Leaving Kuching our flight time was pushed back 1hr w/out telling us & then more delays meant we only just made our connection for final call boarding. No help was offered to help get us across the airport, through x2 security and international immi. Our bags made it at least but probably only because the flight ended up being delayed.
    Pros –
    – Food was good although several of us got something different to what we asked for due to language barriers.
    – Price & luggage
    – Crew generally good
    – Big screens for entertainment
    Cons
    – Toilet paper not replaced on 5 hour flight
    – They try to do ½ hour turn around time between incoming and outgoing flights which actually takes 45mins.
    – My partner & I were asked if we wanted window seats so we said yes. KL-PER we were seated 22A & 22F despite 22B being empty.
    All flights busy & we were generally satisfied. Maybe less delays when weather is better and if KLIA2 were faster.Ok if have time

    EDITORS COMMENT: Thanks for your balanced review. Sounds like for a low cost carrier the on board experience was generally pretty good. The delays – weather and airport are outside the control of any airline but informing passengers with regard to what is going on is essential.
