I flew with Malindo twice. The first one wasn’t a best impression. I flew from Bali to KL. they kept changing gates and we have to walk a long the airport. They also delayed for 30 minutes. When we landed in KL, we had to wait inside the plane for 30 minutes again until the cabin crew can open the door. But the second experience was pretty good, but they didn’t sell any food and drinks, but they gave us a sandwich, mineral water and an orange juice. It was from Jakarta to KL. i think it was ok for 2 hours of flight.
