    San Diego to San Jose del Cabo. Had to cancel because I had pneumonia. We ate one ticket and they credited for the other. When we tried to use the credit, the website wouldn’t work. Tried to call, no one answers phone. Tried several, several times. By the time we got someone, the credit had expired by one day. No matter, they will not issue the credit. Absolutely, no customer service. You get what you pay for. Nothing.
