From my home airport to Vegas.
Flight attendant had the flu and they had to cancel the flight but they were able to put me on the next flight that was leaving that day in hardly anytime. Then coming back, due to sever storms my returning flight from Vegas was delayed to where I couldn’t make my connection I called their number and they were able to get me out.
On the plane, you get a TV in the seat in front of you with about 30 or so channels and XM radio. They only serve snacks (i.e chips, crackers, etc) and soda/juice/water unless you want to pay a few bucks, so be sure if you want something more substantial during your flight to buy it in the airport.
