My flight with JetBlue was the worst experience I have ever had. They first delayed our flight and then told us that we had to change aircrafts due to a dysfunction in the door of the aircraft. What type of airline does not check whether the door of the aircraft closes before the flight, something that is so fundamentally important to flight safety. The scarier thing is, this aircraft had another flight right before us. What if this problem occured in the middle of the flight? Honestly, I am never flying jetblue again. This was the worst experience I have ever had. If there is another airline you can book, please book that airline and never fly with this airline which clearly lacks proper management and technical service.
EDITORS COMMENT: Have to disagree on this one – what it shows is that JetBlue have exceptional safety standards that something didn’t feel right on the flight before therefore they want to check it.
