This was the smoothest flight I have ever been on. The pilot was hilarious and came out and talked to us on the intercom for about ten minutes and said “We’re all going to Orlando so everyone must be having a good day! But you know what would make your day not so good? If you left your mobile device or purse in the airport.. So everyone check right now that you have everything and if you don’t I will open these doors up and find it for you!” As we were flying over the coast of Florida, he came back on the intercom and pointed out lots of interesting things to view from our windows. I enjoyed the complimentary television and wifi too! Finally I’d like to review the customer service of the flight attendants. There was a family of three sitting in row 25 (I believe there were 30 rows so they were in the very back) and they had a connecting flight that left about 20 minutes after we arrived in Orlando. The flight attendants mentioned this over the intercom and asked that everyone remain seated when the plane stopped so that family could quickly grab their bags and exit the plane first to ensure they made their connecting flight. Now THAT is customer service. Thank you JetBlue.
