I am following up again regarding my luggage complaint. One of the legs/wheels of my luggage was found broken, and I reported the issue, but I still have not received any proper response or resolution.

The seats were horrible and not comfortable. I only got water for a 2.30 hr flight. Overall it was not so good of a flight. 2/5 stars

Horrible Experience – Completely Overpriced and Disgusting Service. This is by far the worst airline I have ever traveled with.

I will never fly with Air Indigo again! They lost our luggage and no compensation was made.

Fantastic experience with Abhishek at the Indigo Hyderabad counter for our flight to Chennai on June17, 2026. We arrived right at closing, but he was super courteous and went above and beyond to check us and our bags in safely. Amazing customer service!

Indigo lost our bag from Mumbai to Singapore and given no compensation

My locked luggage was opened without permission during Indigo flight 6E1031 from Chennai (MAA) to KLIA on 13.05.2026. Departed 10:15 PM IST, arrived 4:45 AM MYT. Bag was disturbed upon arrival. Requesting immediate investigation.

Flight 6E2 LHR→BOM diverted to Cairo 8 March 2026 due to IndiGo's own permit failure (The Hindu). Never reached Mumbai. Refused full refund, refused to reimburse return flight, cited force majeure despite it being their operational error. County Court claim filed. Avoid.
