This was the absolute worst experience eve!. The Orlando staff was incompetent and caused several people to miss the flight. They only have one flight per day to most destinations so we were forced to either stay another night in Orlando or pay to get home on another airline. In the final analysis the cost was not any cheaper than a more established airline. By the time I paid to check my luggage ($30 each way= $60)and paid another $27 each way for seat assignment ($54 total) that $188 round trip ticket from St. Louis to Orlando became $302 (a mere $20 less than Delta airlines). And God forbid you have a carry-on because that will be an addition $50 round trip. And PLEASE do not get thirsty during the flight because soda costs as well. There was no savings a all; just aggravation and stress. Do yourself a favor and Steer Clear of Frontier!

EDITORS COMMENT: This is why its so important to work out all the costs between airlines before actually making a booking.
