Frontier Airlines flies a modern Airbus A320neo family fleet across the United States at very low fares, but the product is stripped to the bone. Seat pitch is tight, seats do not recline, there is no entertainment and carry-on baggage is charged. New aircraft do not translate into a comfortable cabin, though a first class product is being introduced.
