    This is the worst airline I have ever used! 10 hour delays, 1 out of 15 different employees that we encountered where actually professional. Their employees are rude and act like teenagers (but aren’t) running a flight, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. We were given food vouchers after 4 hours (expire in 24 hrs)of a delay but ofcourse had already eatin (had a 5yr old with us) and most everything was closed in the airport at that time and they would not re issue them for our next leg of the trip. Then I receive a voucher for 100.00 (via email) toward our next trip, but ofcourse that expires in 90 days. If ur really sorry for your horrible service u would actually issue a voucher that a family would have time to use.

    EDITORS COMMENT: I know that seems a really bad gesture considering the delay but it’s more than many airlines offer and at least they actually gave the $100 rather than you having to chase it up – should be for longer than 90 days though – that’s not much time.
