Seats are extremely uncomfortable. They do not recline, so you are sitting upright. The seat padding is very thin, and very firm. They are designed thin so that Frontier can fit more seats on every plane. Not much in the way of leg room, very little. Tray tables are not tray tables, they are little flip shelves that are about 5 inches deep. I would only consider Frontier for flights of 2 hours or less, and then I would have to be seeing a significant savings. It is simply not worth saving $30-50 for the level of discomfort I experienced. They do not charge for just plain glasses of water, but otherwise for beverages, snacks etc they do charge, but you can find that out before you fly. Same with all their fees, you just need to study their website so you know what you’re getting into if you want to take advantage of things that cost more money in the Frontier world. Lastly they changed our return flight from being able to arrive home at 9 pm, to arriving home at 1 a.m. Not good, but what can you do? They already have your $. Was it worth the overall $200 savings for a family of four? Possibly. But I’m still going to try to avoid Frontier whenever possible in the future.
