Check in process was fair, though attendant did not know how to handle a ski and boot bag. All ground personal seemed stressed and rude. Deplaning halfway through the attendant announced the plane was going to tip back due to being off balance and people should run creating a panicked. On the return leg they lost one of my bags, would provide no help at airport to track it, they called the next day to tell me I abandoned the bag and “we’re going to ship it back if I did not collect it”. Went to collect it, they had no one available for about an hour to assist. Worst airline ever!
