AWESOME – AWESOME – AWESOME
Not sure what the negative reviews I read are all about, but I can’t say enough good about Frontier. My wife and I flew from Washinton D.C. to Denver, There was a delay due to a safety issue, but as a private pilot myself I’m very happy that they put the safety of their passengers ahead of everything else. They immediately informed us of the delay which gave us time to get something to eat in the airport, and they tried very hard to make sure any passengers who needed to make a connecting flight were taken care of. They gave us complimentary drinks on the flight to express their apologies, then to our surprise also sent us a voucher certificate for something off a future flight.
An airline can’t control all mechanical issues, but they can control how they respond and Frontier demonstrated to my wife and I that they are truly a professional and concerned airline.
Also, the stewardesses were friendly and the flight crew did a great job as well. Not only do we look forward to using our future vouchers, we will look at Frontier any time we need to fly anywhere. Frontier is one of the best values in airlines in our opinion ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
EDITORS COMMENT: Completely agree with you. A delay for safety is essential – I don’t know why people get so upset by it.
