Frontier Airlines review by Charles 2014-11-07

Frontier Airlines do not care about their customers apparently.

I recently booked a 1725 flight from Trenton to Chicago. When I arrived at the airport at least an hour before departure, I was not able to print my boarding pass on the machine. I was forced to wait in line at a small, understaffed counter that was encumbered by a traveling soccer team. When they finally had the sense to give priority to the Chicago passengers, they were unable to print out our boarding passes because their computers had locked out. About 15 minutes before the stated departure time, we were told there was nothing the employees could do as the flight had already left.

I was told by the counter staff to contact the airlines to rebook. I spent an hour on the phone talking to a representative who told me rebooking would cost me more in change fees than simply buying another ticket. She refused to waive the change fees and, incredibly, told me that the next flight I could book to Chicago was in 2 days. She then passed the blame to the staff working their check-in counter and told me to take the issue up with them in the most classic case of ‘passing the buck.’

Do not plan a good trip with Frontier Airlines. Their price is no compensation for terrible customer service and inferior flight quality.
