I had a cancelled flight out of Seattle to Denver, and the entire airport was practically laughing at the passengers because they seemed to know Frontier did not know how to handle cancelled flights. So we went to the frontier line, there were only 3 frontier employees working and only one of them was refunding passengers. The line had to have been 80-90 people long. Also, the frontier employee working baggage claim at one point asked an innocent bystander waiting for his child’s car seat to stand watch and ask for passengers identification while she ran upstairs for something. The bystander gladly and kindly obliged and was only returned with a short thanks from the employee. That bystander should have been given a free flight for doing her job. Very disappointed with the staff and how this situation was handled. Frontier WA needs more hands working, especially when cancelled flights come up. I will compliment the sole employee giving refunds, I do not know his name but he was very quick, efficient, and friendly with the out of luck passengers. I have flown this airline many times and have never experienced this bad of service.
