Been flying constantly for the past 7 years, only downturn is value for money after COVID and loyal customer care which has decreased significantly

It was a great flight with nothing to criticise. The only downside at DXB was having to take a bus to the aircraft, especially in the heat, but that is just a personal preference.
Another great flight with Emirates, as always. The customer support team was very friendly, check-in was quick and smooth, and the in-flight entertainment was excellent, with something for everyone.
From Hanoi to Dubai. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was surprised by how efficient the crew were, fantastic meals and always feeling fresh. I see why it’s such a high rated airline.

I am very satisfied with the customer service quality of the airline; the service attitude of both the ground staff and the flight attendants was excellent. The pilots' skills are also superb. The in-flight entertainment facilities are well-equipped.
4 tickets Budapest–Bali via Dubai.Paid seats not honored.In Dubai staff falsely accused us of causing problems and refused boarding to 2 of us, marking us no show despite being at the gate.Flight was likely overbooked.No refund, no help, disrespectful treatment.Never again.
