4 tickets Budapest–Bali via Dubai.Paid seats not honored.In Dubai staff falsely accused us of causing problems and refused boarding to 2 of us, marking us no show despite being at the gate.Flight was likely overbooked.No refund, no help, disrespectful treatment.Never again.
