Air Serbia review by Mina 2014-12-25

I fly London-Belgrade around 3 times a month other destinations too. Since Jat became Air Serbia i started flying with them. Big improvement but not 5 stars. Little leg space in economy, business is decent.
Mainly, staff is quite unpleasant, sometimes rude. Saying things such as: “I absolutely can’t help you now, don’t you see i don’t know where my head is?!” and then, sharp turn away ( that was on a flight to Sri Lanka via Abu Dhabi on 02.12.2014 ). General bad manners with clients applied.
One staff member was wonderful, extremely professional, helpful, sweet and definitely exceeded my expectations – Adriana Djokovic. Belgrade – London
