Air Serbia review by Jana 2014-04-06

I traveled (back) from Belgrade to Ljubljana on an evening flight. After boarding, the electricity in the airplane broke down. We waited in the aircraft for half an hour, then were escorted back to the airport. After waiting for 1.5 hour the flight was cancelled. We were informed that we have to pick up our luggage, find ourselves transfer back to the city and a place to stay – and to come back the day after. The company did not want to provide us with accommodation nor transfer and declined to help us in any other way (the exact words were: ” we are not a travel agency”).
The next day the aircraft was in a bad condition and smelled like cigarette smoke.
I do not recommend this company!
