Air Serbia review by Daniel 2016-01-13

Experienced very friendly and courteous service on board Air Serbia A319 BEG – SVO. Welcome drink was served and they distributed the best looking menu that I have ever seen in the airline industry. Right after take off they took orders and brought in aperitifs with warm delicious nuts. Food tasty and plenty of refills without having to ask for service. Departure / arrival on time despite poor weather conditions in Moscow. Several cockpit announcements made keeping us informed about flight conditions. Great service onboard with a lot of attention to details and making you feel welcome. Upon arrival after passing passport control luggage was already delivered. Overall 10 out of 10!
