    I booked a flight for myself and a companion in early February, then in matter of 2 weeks they cancelled both of my initial travel dates. I requested a refund as soon as the second change happened. This was almost a month ago. They “issued” the refund one week later and when I inquired for a refund reference number they ignored me for several days and then “forwarded” my inquiry to the authorized office. This was 8 days ago, and I still haven’t received any feedback from them. I don’t know if they have no one working in the “authorized office” or if they lied they issued the refund when they didn’t, but being left in the dark is the worst customer service you can provide. Their social media team is a joke, and are of no help at all, just sending automated messages and ignoring all complaints.
