    Hygiene and price-/service-ratio inaceptable – trip: ZRH-YYZ, YYZ-CUN, MEX-YYZ and YYZ-ZRH
    transatlantic: A330, tickets: executive class
    a) entertainment system techically instable, several restarts on each transatlantic flight necessary, every restart needs approx 20 minutes (as per employees) (compared to Emirates, this is an absolute disaster)
    b) on the transatlantic flight back to ZRH no hand-wash water available in the toilet 2 hours after start in YYZ – this is most disturbing since the entire cabin hat to use the toilets (not very hygienic !!)
    c) same flight as b – no coffe or tea available for breakfast (no reason indicated)
    d) head-set with cable in executive class fix mounted to seat-infrastructure. Cable must be dirty from previous users – very appetising to have such a cable in your face !! Again not hygenic.

A bit much for the high ticket prices, but fortunately there are other airlines available. Compared to Emirates, Qatar, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa and Swiss, Air Canada is by far the worst and therefore easily interchangeable.
