Arrived in Toronto two hours prior to connection and proceeded to the gate. When boarding, told computer rebooked us as we missed our connection. Despite standing there in front of the gate, the agent said she couldn’t help us because she didn’t have time. The flight left with empty seats in the cabin. I have never been treated so poorly by any service industry representative. I sincerely hope this is evidence of one disgusting person and not the policy of Air Canada, but we will see how they handle my refund – which I am 100% entitled to.
