3 hrs sitting on the tarmac (AC1181 Edmonton) and Air Canada thinks pretzels and water is gonna smooth things over. .. oh wait, they just told is gonna be another 30mins. What poorly run airline. Thank goodness the majority of passengers are well travelled and understand flying in Canada just isn’t up to par.
