    I travel around the world. Air Canada has to be the worst at taking care of customer service. Every time I give them a chance to redeem themselves, the same thing happens. Over-booked, late departures and arrivals, crews not available to fly the plane and complete denial that anything is wrong. There isn’t any consistency as to how they operate or treat customers. I had to go online to retrieve a promo code because of the delays on my last flight and low and behold they offer me a grand total of 10% of their regular fares which are already outrageous. The 10% doesn’t even get the fare close to their seat sales. What a rip off!!!!! We need some serious competition in this country. They were very generous by giving us $10.00 for lunch when we were delayed more than 5 hours; first mechanical issues and then a crew that had to be replaced because they exceeded their hours. Their promo code doesn’t do much for me. They have a monopoly and know it.
