I read all this extremely negative ratings from disgruntled customers and many sound like tantrums. I suggest that we consumers should avoid the trap of a sense of entitlement that plagues the mentality of modern day consumers. Try relaxing and reducing your expectations of the royal treatment for the price we pay and try for a change to be understanding of the tough job that the staff faces continually trying to satisfy often unrealistic demands. Think of the golden rule and put yourself in the shoes of the flight attendants, pilots baggage handlers, clerks, etc. facing constant multitudes. I had a pleasant experience with Aeromexico, better than Volaris and much better than Spirit or Southwest. The drawbacks are real but they are normal when traveling in an airline. I suggest you read “The progress Paradox” on how Americans and people in general live better, healthier and longer, but actually feel worst. If you don’t believe me pay attention to the younger generations, they are often rude and disrespectful with service providers, take notice that they are a bit like us, only a little worst because that is the growing tendency of raising the bar progressively over generations.
