Aeroflot review by sophia 2014-06-04

like a passenger before me wrote, I also never write reviews but felt I had to as staff are useless and they pretend not to understand. I had a layover in moscow for 3 hours and was supposed to get my buggy when i asked them about it they pretended not to understand and said there was nothing they couid do. I had 2 kids and a baby and was exhausted by the time we caught our next flight. Food is terrible kids ate nothing on flight I have flown on other airlines and compared to them this is way below standards. No tv or any sort of entertainment on one of the connecting flights and they did not have a cot system so I had to carry the baby . We were all cranky by the end of it. Never again will I choose it. because the times it flew out were convienant for us and i read the reviews and thought surely it can’t be that bad but its worse don’t fly on aeroflot
