Aeroflot review by Rania 2016-05-07

I flew with Aeroflot from France to go to Japan. It was my first flight with this company (and the last) and it was just horrible. I didn’t expect it to be the best because it was not expensive but still, there is always a minimum.. If I knew I would definitely have preferred to pay much more money than to fly with Aeroflot. The seats were so uncomfortable especially that there was no space for the legs (I’m only 166cm high/56 kg). The service wasn’t good, for example they serve the drinks and two hours later the meal! and they don’t take the plates after you finish eating. You have to go yourself to give it back otherwise you’ll have to wait for two hours more. So basically you have to bear with the plane tray table during almost the whole flight and considering the small space it’s just annoying and painful for the legs. In general I didn’t find the people very respectful and professional. And by the way if you stop in Moscow then you need to get a transit visa beforehand. This company is just a headache and I will never ever take it again. I definitely don’t recommend it.
