    To say that the customer service is terrible is to pay Aeroflot a compliment. Customer service is non-existent!

    I needed to change date on my ticket. When calling 1-800 number I was told only my agent could do it. My agent was told she could not change it because I need to do it in person at Aeroflot Washington office. Three days of constantly calling that office resulted in automatic transfer to the call center that told me to go to the office in person. I drove two hours to DC only to find office locked and empty (that is on Thursday at 3 p.m. with work hours posted on the door as Mon-Fri 9-5). I and another guy waited there for an hour but no one showed up. I left a note with my phone number at the door. Next day someone Anna called declaring without any apology that they do not really have to be at the office at all times and that they do not change ticket issued through travel agency. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, Anna said she does not know phone number of her supervisor. When I refused to believe such a story, she hung up on me.

    So, here I am back at square one.
