Had a round trip during the festive season via Moscow. Worse flight ever. Have to mention payed 700pounds from Middle East to Europe. When I mention Fair Staff service I have in mind crew and they been probably the best thing on those flights. Helpful and polite, although some crew didn’t speak English. So my round trip ended with missing baggage first way for 3 days and return flight for 1 day. While received returned flight baggage was damaged and there was valuable personal things missing.You will call me just unlucky, well It wasn’t just me with those kind of problems. 3 days after the trip was trying to contact Moscow main airline department and airport I returned for any help how to solve damage which has been made and experience such a disrespect while Airline staff just do not know what to do in case like this. I do really hope some kind of attention from Airline to their customer service. Really disappointing. Will not suggest to use this Airline. Please be careful as much as you can and avoid Aeroflot Airline.
