Deeply disappointed. My bereaved nephew was refused a simple booking name correction despite providing his birth certificate, deed poll and passport proving he was the same passenger. No compassion, conflicting advice and poor customer service. I cannot recommend this airline.

Aegean rebooked my family mid-air, falsely claiming our flight was cancelled. No real alternatives offered. We arrived over 6 hours late (23:32 instead of 17:20). Traveling business class with a 5-year-old child, yet zero flexibility shown. Extremely disappointing service.

We did Heraklion-Athens with Aegean and Athens-Stockholm. During both trips turbulence were non-stop with passengers throwing up, and no communication from crew. The A321 was old and worn out, but their A320Neo new and modern. Also, avoid Heraklion airport at all costs.

A very underrated airline that does pretty much everything exceptionally well!

Ive had an inoffcial connection flight (booked flights seperatly) and they really helped me with it, they let me transfer the baggage so it will reach directly the destantion (so i wont pick it at the connection). And since the first flight was a bit late they guided me through the airport to reach my second flight.

Worst experience ever, initial flight was delayed so we missed our second flight, the customer service was extremely rude and uncooperative, we’ve now missed a whole day of our vacation due to this, all while having zero information on why we were delayed, not to mention we have no clue where our baggage is

My flight to Milan was cancelled due to the strike at Athens Airport on April 9, 2025. Although I had to be in Milan the next day, Aegean Airlines did not provide me with an alternative ticket. I had to buy a ticket from a different airline at an exorbitant price. Afterwards, I requested compensation from Aegean Airlines, but they did not accept. They caused me financial and moral damage.

Good airline for Europe (tallest midget?). MUCH better than BA but still far inferior to US or Asian airlines. Athens airport is a total mess. Unclear how any investors bought such a mess.
