Aegean Airlines economy class review: London Heathrow Airport, Hounslow to Mitilini Airport, Mitilini by Alan King

Deeply disappointed. My bereaved nephew was refused a simple booking name correction despite providing his birth certificate, deed poll and passport proving he was the same passenger. No compassion, conflicting advice and poor customer service. I cannot recommend this airline.
