Qantas has today discounted over one million seats on more than 100 routes around Australia as part of a surprise 72-hour sale.

The sale follows Qantas Frequent Flyer yesterday launching a new type of reward seat, called Classic Plus. Classic Plus reward seats can be booked across international flights and will be rolled out on domestic flights by the end of the year.
