Vietjet Wins Customer Experience Award

Vietjet has reaffirmed its position as Asia’s leading new-age carrier, taking home the title of “Asia’s Leading Airline – Customer Experience 2025” at the prestigious World Travel Awards (WTA) ceremony held in Hong Kong.

This year’s event brought together global leaders and experts from the aviation, tourism, and hospitality industries to celebrate excellence across the travel sector. Regarded as one of the most respected honors in global tourism, the World Travel Awards recognize outstanding achievements based on votes from industry professionals and travelers worldwide.
